We have the first result from the club knockout competitions. Congratulations to Fiona Thomas and Sean Coombes on winning the Mixed Pairs.​

Four Nations - despite the heavy showers, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves on Saturday, including some good nosh. Great to see a junior playing (Vinnie James). Sadly Scotland (3rd) and England (4th) had the disadvantage of being a player short. Ireland squeezed 2nd place but Wales came in with a huge score. Well done you Taffs

Preferred Lies - this rule comes into effect immediately as balls are picking up mud. You may clean the ball and place it within 6 inches, no nearer the pin - on the fairway only.

Gents - please note that from October 1st all competitions will be off the Yellow tees.
